Our Fees
We believe you should understand how we get paid before moving forward. Here’s a simple explanation of how it works at SparksWealth.

You know the delivery guy is getting paid, but you don’t pay him separately at the door. His cost is built into the food you order.
It works in a similar way here. SparksWealth is paid by a provider (Aviva, Zurich, Royal London, etc). Our fee is built into the providers charge for the product you buy. Before you go ahead, we’ll explain clearly how that works.
Good advice takes time, care and experience. It’s not free, but we believe our payment model is fair for you, and fair for us.
The main thing to know is simple: you won’t get a bill from us.
If you decide to move forward with the advice we’ve given you, we’re paid by the provider (Aviva, Zurich, Royal London, etc). Before anything goes ahead, we’ll explain exactly how that works and answer any questions you have.
Once everything's in place, we're still here. If your circumstances change or you have questions, you can come back to us anytime. You won't get a bill for that either.
There's no invoice for any of this. It's all part of the service.
* 1 exception worth mentioning
In general, we don't charge a fee if you decide not to go ahead. The only exception is in rare cases where the planning work is especially detailed and complex, and preparing the full financial plan takes a significant amount of time and resources.
If that may apply in your case, we'll let you know upfront. We simply want to be transparent that, in a very small number of complex cases, a fee may apply.
